These live sessions are perfect for Continuing Education programs, Community Education departments, libraries, museums, and lifelong learners seeking relaxed, social STEM enrichment.

Cosmic Journeys is your guided adventure into the most exciting frontiers of space science. Each session invites adult learners to explore the universe in a welcoming, conversational atmosphere.

Together, we’ll dive into:

  • The search for life beyond Earth

  • Astrobiology breakthroughs

  • Human and robotic exploration

  • New missions and observatory updates

Expect stunning visuals, accessible explanations, and plenty of time for conversation and Q&A.

Sip & Explore the Universe — A Social Learning Experience for Adults
Cosmic Pairings brings together the wonders of the cosmos and the art of tasting. Each session features a different themed experience, rotating twice monthly:

Wine & the Cosmos

Uncork the universe with a curated wine‑tasting experience.
We explore:

  • Tasting notes and stories behind each wine

  • How viticulture might evolve on other worlds

  • Space‑science topics inspired by the evening’s selections

Beer & the Universe

Tap into the cosmos with craft beer selections.
We explore:

  • Brewing traditions and flavor profiles

  • How brewing might change in low gravity or on future colonies

  • Space‑science discussions paired with each tasting

Cosmic Cocktails & Mixology

Mix up cosmic‑themed cocktails and mocktails inspired by distant worlds.
We explore:

  • Creative recipes and planetary‑inspired flavors

  • The chemistry of liquids and atmospheres

  • Space exploration topics that match the theme

Each session blends tasting, storytelling, and guided scientific exploration — all in a relaxed, interactive atmosphere perfect for adult learners.

Something else that is unique is that NASA and other related organizations are currently doing research into the effects of microgravity on substances to make beer and the possibility of making beer and wine in space or when we colonize other celestial bodies.  Also, the space theme is common at many wineries and microbreweries across the globe.
