STEAM - MARS SPACE CAMP (B)

Service Description

The MARS SPACE CAMP will give PARTICIPANTS (Participant here refers to groups, such as school classes, afterschool programs, during summer and / or school breaks) the chance to find out what is needed to live and work on the Moon. The following activities will include: ◼ Importance of Satellites ◼ Design a Mars Mission & Goals ◼ Design a Mars Mission Patch ◼ Suiting Up for the planet Mars ◼ Design a Rocket to Launch - OpenRocket Sim ◼ Design a Spacecraft for Mars Astronauts ◼ Crew Selection (Going to Mars is a longer trip than to the Moon) ◼ Astronaut Training for the Trip to Mars ◼ Design and Build a Mars Rover ◼ Robotic Arm ◼ Plants in Space ◼ Funding and Politics ◼ Space Law ◼ How does Space Exploration Help Humanity?
