Service Description

After humans landed on the Moon the direction of the space program changed. Before and during the Apollo program there were bold plans to go further in space. This included building and maintaining an outpost on the moon and going to Mars. One of the things that happened was the Apollo-Soyuz mission where the Soviet Soyuz and the Apollo spacecrafts docked ushering in international cooperation in space. In this course you will learn about the Apollo-Soyuz mission, the Shuttle program, the development of the International Space Station and the goal of going back to the Moon with the Artemis program. Hands-on activities will include building and landing a space shuttle, gravity bottles, why things stay in orbit and more.
